 Check-in / Check-out

• Method

  Hi Residences operates a self check-in / check-out system. Check-in information is sent via inbox of your reserved website by noon of your check-in date.

  If you have not received a check-in information by noon of your check-in date, please inquire via KakaoTalk or a phone call.

• Time

  Check-in time is 3pm-10pm and Check-out time is 11am.

  If your payment is not completed, you must arrive by 10pm for payment and check-in process.

• Early Check-in / Late Check-out

  If you want to check-in before 3pm or check-out after 11am, please do ask in advanced for availability. There is an extra fee of 10,000won / hour.

Unit Guidance

• No Smoking Policy

  Hi Residences is a no smoking building. Any smoking activities in unit, rooftop, hallway, stairway are strictly prohibited. If any smoking activities are detected, there is a fine of 200,000won and we may ask you to leave immediately.

• Amenities and Appliances

  For a complete list of amenities and appliances provided in the unit, please check above short-term section.

• Netflix

  Every unit TV has Olleh TV and Netflix available. Please use your personal Netflix account and log out when check-out.

• Wifi

  Free wifi is available in every unit.

• Penalty

  There is a penalty for smoking activities, pet, or any damages within the property.

Parking

• Building Car Park System

  Hi Residences offer one car park slot per unit. Please register your car plate number before use.

• How to Use Car Park System

  Please ask 1st floor management office when you arrive for parking help. Do leave your emergency contact number in front of the car.

  Double check whether your engine is off and the side mirrors are folded. Please check whether your car is parked well before going into the building.

• Over Sized Cars

  Over sized cars are not allowed to use building car park system. Please do use public parking lot next to the property. Public parking lot fee is not covered from Hi Residences.

  There is no front desk at the property. Please contact via KakaoTalk during office hours (9am-6pm) for any assistance.

• Luggage Storage

  You may use luggage storage room on your check-in and check-out date. Lockers are free of charge.

• Laundry

  All units have a laundry machine, detergent, and a drying rack. Please note that fabric softner is not provided.

• Housekeeping Service

  Housekeeping service is provided without a charge every two weeks for long term travelers. If you need extra housekeeping service, there is a cost of 30,000won. Please request via KakaoTalk.
